Fuji Special!

My mom’s best friend is Japanese and her mother used to own a restaurant in an old house in Midwest City, Oklahoma. My parents inherited the recipe over the years but it is such a labor intensive meal to make, we only do it about once a year. Last night was my birthday and I get what I want.
